Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been made (and cleared) by either cheque or BACS payment. Full details of how to pay will be included in your booking email.

After you have paid you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number. Please take note of this number and bring it with you on the day. There will not be a paper ticket issued.

The garden event costs £12 per person, including light refreshments, a garden tour and question and answer session.

You can transfer your place on the garden visit to someone else if you are unable to make the day. Please let us know prior to the day on events@richardjacksonsgarden.co.uk

No refunds will be issued if you can not make the day, unless in exceptional circumstances. If there are truly exceptional reasons to otherwise request a refund, these will be considered, please email events@richardjacksonsgarden.co.uk

In the event of an evacuation of the event due to extreme weather or other emergency, visitors agree to follow the instructions of Easton Walled Garden staff on site.

If the event has to be cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of the Richard Jacksons Garden, such as extreme weather, tickets will not be refunded.

This is a non-profit making event, any profit will be donated to the Greenfingers Charity.

The upper gardens are accessible by wheelchair in dry weather. The admissions, gift shop, tearoom, coach house, history room and toilets all have good disabled access. Although there is no access to the lower gardens by wheelchair it is possible to look down over the gardens from the site of the old hall.

There is a steep drop to the lower gardens with steps on the terraces which is not recommended if you are unsure on your feet. However, there is an alternative access down a slope below the vegetable garden. This avoids the steps, has handrails and a seat at the bottom.

There is plenty of seating throughout the gardens.
